Vitello Tonnato & Artichokes



Experience a classic Piedmontese dish that has long formed a part of some serious Italian feasts. Slices of poached veal and caper berries are married with a tuna and caper sauce that has been expertly balanced – it’s a surprising yet tried and tested flavour combination. Chef Marianne has included artichokes within the dish, to provide additional texture and flavours to the dish.

Baked Stone Bass・Blackened Celeriac Puree・Beurre Noisette



This main course is a homage to the wonderful fillets of Stone Bass – a delicate yet flavorful fish. The blackened celeriac puree provides earthy, sweet and slightly bitter notes and the beurre noisette brings a delicious nuttiness to the dish. Broccoli and raw fennel wings bring clean flavours and texture to the dish. Finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon, this dish is a real delight!

Yorkshire Rhubarb・Pistachio Macaroon・Cardamom



A real showstopper of a dessert, the pistachio macaroon is the heart of this dish with its crunchy exterior and a chewy cake-like interior. A layer of slightly sharp Yorkshire rhubarb and a layer of cardamom cream provide excellent balance to this dessert. Freeze dried raspberries and chopped pistachio nuts provide some added crunch to this decadent end to this fine dining experience.
