Tantalize your palate with a clean and fresh tomato consommé, topped with salty Aonori seaweed flakes. Next enjoy the earthy beetroot flavours that provide the centrepiece to this light, yet flavourful starter. The varied textures of the beetroot within the dish complement the fiery horseradish cream. Crunchy pickled vegetables provide vinegary notes whilst the rhubarb dressing perfectly balances the dish.

English Ratatouille of Celeriac・Artichoke & Bramley Apple・Kale Salsa Verde・Pearled Spelt



This dish pays homage to the wonderful vegetable of celeriac, which features in three of the dish’s components. A silky smooth celeriac puree sits on top of the English ratatouille, whilst the pearled spelt brings a pleasing nutty element to the dish. The kale salsa verde provides tangy herbaceous notes to complement the other components of the dish.

Coconut & Mango Crème Caramel・Macadamia・Manderin



This dessert is a classic at its core with a silky-smooth crème caramel that melts in the mouth. The crème caramel is topped with a myriad of delights - Mango and mandarin infused in caramel, macadamia nuts and toasted coconut. A decadent finish to a superb menu.

Once you receive your box please keep refrigerated and enjoy on either the Friday night it arrives or the Saturday.
