Gin Cured Salmon, Tonic Infused Cucumber and Lemon Gel 

This dish is a wonderful combination of all the flavours that are reminiscent of a gin and tonic, reinvented by our chefs in the form of this light, summery starter. Loch Duart salmon is gently cured in the aromats commonly used to flavour gin, which sits superbly well alongside the cucumber ‘pearls’ that are infused with tonic. Pickled cucumber and a lemon gel bring freshness to the dish, with subtle hints of dill finishing the dish perfectly.

Main Course

Coronation Chicken’ – Free Range Chicken Breast with Curry Crumb, English Asparagus, Onion Bhaji and Curry Velouté

This dish is our nod to the flavours of a classic Coronation Chicken, but with a Finish & Feast twist to make this a decadent main course. Free-range chicken breast is topped with a curried crumb and sits alongside spears of prime English asparagus. Gently spiced onion bhajis and a spiced sultana and caper mix add sweet and spicy notes to the dish with a curried velouté bringing the dish together.


Classic Pimm’s Trifle

We are huge fans of a classic trifle and believe that, when done well, it’s one of the best desserts there is. And what better way to give it a quintessentially summer twist than to pack it full of the flavours of Pimm’s? A punchy, fruity Pimm’s jelly works excellently with the classic flavours of a trifle and the traditional Pimm’s fruit and mint accompaniments bring freshness to this decadent dessert.

Delivery for all of our kits is £6. For this you will get a special tracked delivery with a 1-hour time slot.

We deliver across most of Britain, but unfortunately, if you live in the Scottish Highlands or outside mainland Britain (e.g. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or Channel Islands), we aren’t able to deliver to you. The exact areas where we cannot deliver to are as follows:

(a) Northern Ireland;

(b) the Channel Islands;

(c)   the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight; and

(d)  the Scottish Highlands and Islands (being postcodes AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-80, PH15-41, PH42-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
