Chicken, Foie Gras, Baby Leek and Shallot Terrine with Brioche and Black Garlic Puree

£26.00 - Serves 2 People

This is a delightful way to start your meal, with a terrine packed full of flavour and different textures. The terrine includes poached chicken seasoned with reduced chicken stock, rich foie gras and braised baby leeks and shallots to provide sweet notes that cut through the richness. It’s then wrapped in salty parma ham. A punchy black garlic puree complements the terrine perfectly and a simply dressed salad provides some freshness to the plate. Toasted brioche is served alongside.

Please note that whilst all steps have been taken to avoid cross contamination in our kitchen, this dish has been prepared in an environment where there is a risk of cross-contamination and it may therefore contain traces of all allergens, even if they are not listed.

Delivery for all of our kits is £6. For this you will get a special tracked delivery with a 1-hour time slot.

We deliver across most of Britain, but unfortunately, if you live in the Scottish Highlands or outside mainland Britain (e.g. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or Channel Islands), we aren’t able to deliver to you. The exact areas where we cannot deliver to are as follows:

(a) Northern Ireland;

(b) the Channel Islands;

(c)   the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight; and

(d)  the Scottish Highlands and Islands (being postcodes AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-80, PH15-41, PH42-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
