What’s included in the box?
Each of our premium meal kits arrive at your door around 90% prepared, with only minimal finishing and plating required. Your box is prepared with woolcool insulated packaging and reusable ice packs to ensure your food arrives in perfect condition. Inside, each course is split into separate bags, corresponding to its own page in your finishing booklet. Simply gather your dish components and you're ready to begin the final finishing and plating!
What instructions are provided?
Each kit arrives with an in depth finishing booklet with both photographs and detailed finishing instructions to ensure you plate the dish like the chef themselves! If you would rather view your finishing booklet in soft copy, these can also be found on the relevant kit’s webpage.
What allergies do you cater for?
Allergen information for each dish/kit can be found both on the relevant kit’s page and in the finishing booklet. Unfortunately our kits are prepared in a kitchen where there is a risk of cross-contamination and therefore they may contain traces of all allergens, even if they are not listed.
What dietary requirements do you cater for?
We offer a wide range of kits, whether vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian or carnivorous, and we therefore hope that there are kits listed on our platform that appeal to all tastes and requirements!
To see which kits are suitable for you please use the dedicated Dietary Requirement filter found on the Browse All Kits section of our website. Unfortunately at this point in time we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements, but this is something we are actively working towards.
How many people does each kit serve?
Most of our kits are designed to serve two, with occasional feasting kits available to purchase for four people. To see which kits are available for your group size please use the dedicated Kit Size filter found on the Browse All Kits section of our website.

How long can I store my kit for?
Once you receive your box please remove the contents from it and keep them refrigerated until you are ready to eat. Certain of the components are best prepared/eaten having been out of the fridge for some time in advance and we specify where this is the case in the instruction booklet.
Most of our kits should be enjoyed on either the Friday night it arrives or the Saturday, but certain kits are able to be consumed on Sundays. We will make it clear where this is the case on the relevant kit page so please do check this.
Do I need any special equipment to prepare my meal?
Put your chopping board away, we’ve taken care of all the hard work! All of our kits arrive 90% pre-prepared - all that is required is typical kitchen equipment (usually just based around an oven and a hob!) and very little cooking ability to finish your feasts.
How much is delivery?
Delivery of all kits prepared by Finish & Feast on behalf of our restaurant partners is £6. Delivery for our kits that are prepared by the restaurants themselves varies and the delivery cost is clearly highlighted on the kit page and during the checkout process.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver Nationwide, with the exception of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or to the following postcodes in mainland UK: AB35-AB38, IV1-IV63, PA21-PA38, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH41, FK18-FK21, KW1-KW14, PA80, PH49-PH50
When is the order cut off?
Please place your order before midday on a Sunday for delivery the following Friday.
When will my package arrive?
We arrange for our kits to be delivered by a special tracked service on a Friday and you should receive an estimated delivery time slot from the relevant courier confirming your delivery window.
We use market leading climate controlled packaging to ensure our kits remain in perfect condition whilst in transit. This can keep the contents fresh for up to 48 hours in transit, although the food should reach you a long time before this!

How will my food be packaged?

My parcel hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the one hour window specified in the courier partners text/email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to assist you.
What if I’m not home?
All of our orders are delivered by a special tracked service. You should receive a text and/or an email detailing your delivery slot and, if you won’t be home during this period, the courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe space given that it is perishable food that shouldn’t be returned to the depot. Many of our courier partners also provide other options surrounding your delivery, such as the option for the parcel to be delivered to a local parcel hub.
