Frequently Asked Questions

  • What’s included in the box?

Each of our premium Finish & Feast meal kits arrive at your door around 90% prepared, with only minimal finishing and plating required. Your box is prepared with insulated packaging and reusable ice packs to ensure your food arrives in perfect condition. Don’t worry if the ice packs have melted by the time your meal kit gets to you, this means they have been doing a great job keeping your food chilled.

Inside, we separate out the dishes in individual boxes and we provide clear instructions about what to do from the moment the food arrives with you right up to the final dish being plated to ensure that you have a stress free, memorable experience.

We recommend that you enjoy your feast on Friday or Saturday.

  • What instructions are included?

Each dish arrives with  finishing instructions and photographs to ensure you plate the dish like the chef themselves. If you would rather view your finishing instructions in soft copy, these can also be found on the relevant product page for the dish on our website.

  • How many people does each dish serve?

All of our dishes are designed and packaged for two people to share. If you are inviting family or friends over, and planning a bigger feast, you can easily order more dishes, but these must be in multiples of two.

Sorry, but at this time we do not offer dishes designed for only one person - but if you’re treating yourself you could order two meals and enjoy one on Friday and feast again on Saturday.

If you are looking to order a kit for a large group size please contact us on and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • How will my food be packaged?

Your box is prepared with market leading insulated packaging and reusable ice packs to ensure your food arrives in perfect condition.

  • How long can I store my kit for?

Once you receive your box, it's important that certain components are placed straight into the fridge to ensure they remain fresh. We identify which need to be refrigerated in the components section of the instructional cards located inside the individual course boxes. Some elements are best prepared/eaten having been out of the fridge for some time in advance and we specify where this is the case in the instructions.

Enjoy your feast on the day it is due to be delivered or on the following day, to ensure that it is as fresh as possible.

  • Do I need any special equipment to prepare my meal?

Put your chopping board away, we’ve taken care of all the hard work! All of our kits arrive 90% pre-prepared - all that is required is typical kitchen equipment (usually just based around an oven and a hob) and very little cooking ability to finish your feasts.

  • When is the cut off for placing an order?

Our order cut off is 8am on Thursday morning for delivery on Friday, although this is subject to availability of dishes.

You can order up to 4 weeks in advance, so we recommend ordering your feast as far in advance as possible to ensure all of your favourite dishes are available.

  • What allergies do you cater for?

Allergen information for each dish can be found both on the relevant menu page and in the finishing instructions inside your box. Unfortunately our kits are prepared in a kitchen where there is a risk of cross-contamination and therefore they may contain traces of all allergens, even if they are not listed.

  • What dietary requirements do you cater for?

We offer a wide range of dishes on our a la carte menu, whether vegetarian, pescetarian or carnivorous, and we therefore hope that there are Finish & Feast meals that appeal to all tastes and requirements.

Unfortunately at this point in time we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements, but this is something we are actively working towards.

  • How much is delivery?

Delivery for all of our kits is £6. For this you will get a special tracked delivery with a 1 hour time slot.

  • Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across most of Britain, but unfortunately, if you live in the Scottish Highlands or outside mainland Britain (e.g. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or Channel Islands), we aren’t able to deliver to you. The exact areas where we cannot deliver to are as follows:

    (a) Northern Ireland;

    (b) the Channel Islands;

    (c)   the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight; and

    (d)  the Scottish Highlands and Islands (being postcodes AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-80, PH15-41, PH42-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

  • When will my package arrive?

We arrange for our kits to be delivered by a special tracked service on a Friday and you should receive an estimated delivery time slot from the relevant courier confirming your delivery window. Please note, this message is not sent out until the delivery van has left the depot so it may vary from week to week.

We use market leading climate controlled packaging to ensure our kits remain in perfect condition whilst in transit. This can keep the contents fresh for up to 48 hours in transit, although the food should reach you a long time before this.

If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please email and we will do everything we can to assist you.

  • My parcel hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the one hour window specified in the courier partners text/email, please contact and we will do everything we can to assist you.

  • What if I’m not home?

All of our orders are delivered by a special tracked service. You should receive a text and/or an email detailing your delivery slot and, if you won’t be home during this period, the courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe space given that it is perishable food that shouldn’t be returned to the depot. Many of our courier partners also provide other options surrounding your delivery, such as the option for the parcel to be delivered to a local parcel hub.

  • Can I order for delivery on another day of the week?

Sorry, but at this stage we are only delivering on Fridays, but you can still enjoy your meal on the Saturday as the food will stay fresh in your fridge. This is something we are looking to offer in the future though, so sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do begin offering this.

  • Can I send the meal as a gift?

Our meal kits make great gifts for friends, family or other loved ones. Simply choose the meal, and date you want it delivered. Be careful to include the correct delivery address for where it's going.

If you email us at we can include a handwritten gift message for you. Also don’t worry - as we email all receipts to customers, there won’t be any pricing details included in the box.
