Course One - Dressed Crab with Spicy Mango Slaw & Asian Dressing
A truly decadent, yet light starter. Enjoy our delicious crab, caught close to HAAR Restaurant, teamed with a crunchy spicy mango slaw drizzled with an Asian dressing providing an unbelievable burst of freshness in every bite.
Course Two - Native Dressed Lobster, Seaweed Potatoes & Mirin Butter Sauce
The piece de resistance, king of the sea. Fresh lobsters are handpicked and prepared by Dean and his team. They only used local fishermen and boats for their amazing seafood. They always strive to keep the travel of their food to a minimum, ensuring that their work with nearby suppliers gives customers a freshness that they can taste every time
Course Three - 32+ Day Aged Grass-Fed Beef (Ribeye - Approx Weight 500g), XO Sauce, Seared Sprouting Broccoli & Smoked Mayonnaise
The final course, an absolute showstopper cut. Grass-fed beef ribeye offers a delicious balance of both flavour and tenderness. Featuring a brilliant amount of marbling throughout the cut to keep things nice and juicy, the beef is only sourced from the best local butchers and we are positive you will taste the unrivaled quality.
