Treacle Cured Sea Trout・Gherkin Ketchup・Soda Bread・Cucumber & Fennel


A light and delicate start to the meal, the sea trout has been treacle cured with fennel and coriander seeds to give subtle sweet and herby notes to the delicate fish. A punchy, vinegary gherkin ketchup and a cucumber and fennel salad provide beautiful fresh notes to the dish. Finished with warm crusty soda bread, this is a great start to the menu.

We arrange for our kits to be delivered by a special tracked service on a Friday. Please email if you have any problems with your delivery and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Once you receive your box please keep refrigerated and enjoy on either the Friday night it arrives or the Saturday.
